Terms of Advertising on HernandoNewsSource.com
For an ANCHORED TOP BANNER AD, the cost is $33/month, payable to Sunshine Net Radio, LLC., on hard copy or e-mail invoice.
For a TOP SIDEBAR AD or ROTATING BANNER AD, the cost is $25/month, payable to Sunshine Net Radio, LLC., on hard copy or e-mail invoice.
For a LOWER SIDEBAR AD, the cost is $18/month, payable to Sunshine Net Radio, LLC., on hard copy or e-mail invoice.
Advertisers will be contacted for approval of the appearance of and copy within any ad prior to incurring any payment obligation. Unless otherwise directed by the advertiser, each site ad will be a clickable link to the advertiser's home page on the World Wide Web, and a click will open a New Window in the site viewer's browser.
Sunshine Net Radio, LLC, reserves the right to sell Top Banner or Top Sidebar positions to up to five advertisers at any one time. In that event, ads will rotate from day to day at the top of the news site, with an ad placed in rotation at a lower point on the site or in the sidebar. Hernando News Source publishes six days per week (although breaking news stories are updated throughout each weekday and as necessary on the weekend).
No advertisement for a similar product or service will be accepted if the product or service is already advertised in that same site position by another business.
Sunshine Net Radio, LLC, is the current owner and publisher of Hernando News Source. Advertisers will be notified of any change in that status.
Ad rates are based on the average of 10,000 site visits per month (as of May 15, 2010), at a rate of $.0033 per site view for the most prominent ad position. If average monthly site viewership changes, Sunshine Net Radio, LLC, reserves the right to change the rates to reflect a constant advertiser cost per visit. Charter Advertisers, which are designated as the first to buy advertising for any of the original five ad positions at the rates set prior to May 15, 2010, are exempt from any increase in ad rates as long as they continously advertise on the site.
Your payment of advertising charges on invoice constitutes agreement with these terms or any additional terms that may be published and noticed to you in advance of payment.
